Phonegap codegen

This is still experimental. Generated codes are not structured and do not comply with OOP design.

Overview

Codegen generates Javascript and HTML files to include in www folder of phonegap project. Currently the data model classes are not separate code files.

Dependency libraries

Generated codes use JQuery and JQuery Mobile UI libraries to implement UI scaffold.
